Return & Refund Policy

Zero Point Energy Labs manufactures battery packs, thermal systems, and related products specifically to customer order. Due to the custom, made-to-order, technical, and safety-regulated nature of our products, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

Zero Point Energy Labs does not accept returns or provide refunds for products sold by us, including battery packs, battery systems, thermal systems, components, assemblies, prototypes, or other made-to-order products.

Once an order has entered procurement, engineering, fabrication, assembly, or production, it may not be canceled, returned, or refunded.

This policy applies regardless of whether the product has been used, installed, tested, charged, discharged, or integrated into another system.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

All products manufactured or supplied by Zero Point Energy Labs are procured, configured, manufactured, or assembled based on customer requirements and are therefore considered made-to-order.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom battery packs and modules
• Custom cell configurations
• Customer-specified cells, connectors, wiring, BMS/PCM configurations, or components
• Custom geometries, enclosures, housings, tooling, and mechanical assemblies
• Prototype and engineering builds
• Thermal management systems and materials
• Customer-specific modifications or integrations
• Products incorporating materials or components procured specifically for an order

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect all products upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, is materially defective in workmanship, or materially differs from the agreed specifications, contact us promptly at zpelabs@spheresinc.net.

Zero Point Energy Labs will evaluate the reported issue. If we confirm that the product is defective or nonconforming due to an error attributable to Zero Point Energy Labs, we may, at our discretion, repair, rework, or replace the affected product.

A verified defect or nonconformity does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.

Damage, failure, or nonconformity resulting from misuse, improper installation, operation outside specified limits, customer modification, improper charging or discharging, integration errors, accidents, or unauthorized repair is not covered.

Return Authorization

Products may only be returned when Zero Point Energy Labs specifically authorizes the return in writing for inspection, repair, rework, or replacement.

Authorization to return a product does not constitute authorization for a refund.

Products shipped to Zero Point Energy Labs without prior written authorization may be refused.

Hazardous Materials Shipping

Lithium batteries and certain other products sold by Zero Point Energy Labs are regulated hazardous materials.

Any authorized return must be packaged, labeled, documented, and transported in accordance with all applicable hazardous-material transportation requirements.

Customers must not ship lithium batteries that are damaged, defective, or otherwise restricted from transportation except through an appropriately qualified hazardous-material shipping provider and using a legally permitted method of transportation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for arranging compliant transportation of authorized returns.

Order Cancellations

Because materials, cells, components, engineering resources, and production capacity may be committed specifically to an order, orders are non-cancellable once procurement, engineering, fabrication, or production has begun.

Any cancellation accepted by Zero Point Energy Labs before that point must be expressly approved in writing and may be subject to charges for costs already incurred.

Applicable Law

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted under applicable law.
