Apply fundamental science and engineering to real energy and material systems across design, test, and build.
Hands-on build work: cell prep, welding, harnessing, inspection, and rework to tight standards.
Own throughput, training, scheduling, and continuous improvement across the floor.
Keep builds moving: kitting, labeling, pack-out, documentation support, and shop organization.
Test execution, logging, DCIR, functional checks, and failure analysis support.
BOMs, components, lead times, and production readiness.
Fixtures, enclosures, drawings, and production tooling to support builds.
