Custom Battery Packs
Engineered to Order
Precision-Engineered power for robotics, aerospace, and advanced systems.
Built for performance, safety, and compliance — never off-the-shelf.
Advanced Battery Packs
for Mission-Critical Applications
At Zero Point Energy Labs, every battery pack is designed and built to your spec. We partner with you to select chemistry, voltage, capacity, packaging, BMS, and thermal layers that match your system requirements — from lightweight UAVs to ruggedized embedded electronics.
Why Choose ZPE Labs
for Custom Battery Packs?
Engineering-First, Built-to-Order
We don’t keep inventory. Every pack is specified, modeled, and assembled to meet your exact electrical and environmental requirements.
Trusted Cell Options
Molicel, Samsung, Panasonic, and Amprius high-silicon cells selected for energy density, current capability, and cycle-life targets.
Thermal Management
Optional ThermoSync™ PCM modules for heat regulation.
Safety & BMS
TI-based BMS architectures with OV/UV, over-current, short-circuit, and thermal protections tailored to your load profile.
Compliance
ITAR registered, NDAA compliant, UN38.3 test-capable. Shipments handled under DOT/PHMSA hazmat rules with proper documentation.
Partner Mindset
We collaborate on requirements, trade-offs, and validation — from concept to deployment — not just “sell a pack.”

Applications by Series Group
(What Clients Typically Request)
These are the series configurations most often requested by our clients, and the types of systems they’re typically used in. Every pack we build is engineered to order.
-
3S – 6S Packs (11.1V – 22.2V)
Common for smaller drones, handheld robotics, and portable instruments. Lightweight and compact where mobility and efficiency are critical.
-
7S Packs (25.9V)
Frequently specified for medium-sized UAVs and mobile robotic platforms. Higher voltage improves efficiency without excessive bulk or weight.
-
12S Packs (44.4V)
Often requested for larger drones, electric tools, and industrial robotics needing more power while keeping size manageable.
-
14S Packs (51.8V)
Popular for high-endurance UAVs and advanced robotic systems. Higher voltage reduces current draw and supports long-range/extended-duration operation.
-
16S Packs (59.2V)
Typically chosen for heavy-lift UAVs, aerospace subsystems, and high-power robotics. Elevated voltage enables smaller wire gauges and lower heat losses.
